The West African plastprintpack sector provides great chances for doing business West Africa imported plastics technology at a value of EUR 263 million in 2019, +20.3% compared to 2018. The major West African markets, apart from Nigeria, being Ghana and Ivory Coast, followed by Senegal. West African imports of printing and paper technology amounted to EUR 109 million in 2019. Ghana and Ivory Coast, apart from Nigeria, rank first, followed by Senegal. Last but not least West Africa imported packaging technology at a value of EUR 299 million in 2019. Here again its major markets, apart from Nigeria, are Ghana and Ivory Coast.
